Covenant - Cover and information

Welcome to the home of Covenant, a graphic novel written in the Japanese style (ie, manga) by me, One-Wing.

Because Covenant is written in the same style as Japanese manga, it reads from right to left rather than left to right as English-speakers are accustomed to. Sorry if this confuses anyone, but since I've read Japanese manga for years, it just seemed right that way.

Genres of Covenant:

Supernatural - Contains physics-defying powers and the like.

Action - Features lots of intense fight scenes and other adrenaline-laced events.

Josei - Directed toward a more mature female audience, covering darker, more realistic themes of romance than Shoujo manga. (This doesn't mean males won't like it though.)

Drama - Contains heavy focus on character relationships and personal conflicts.

Romance - A part of the plot focuses on the romantic relationships between different characters. (This aspect is slow to develop in Covenant - don't expect it to happen right away. But it will.)

Completed Chapters:

Chapter One - Darker than Shadow: Analise Helkiah is a female student with a fairly mundane life, and a dreamer who longs for more. But when a strange and quirky new student arrives and offers her a chance to fulfill her deepest wishes, the cost might be more than Analise had bargained for...

Chapter Two - Sealed Fate: The day following the events of Chapter One, everything seems normal again ... until Analise discovers that the girl she had always envied, Celia Cottonmeadow, had been given powers! Now, envy may drive her to do what she had been too afraid to do before - to accept the "Unholy Pact" and whatever consequences that may bring...
